We are proud to have a new member in our machine fleet - the compact Mazak Integrex i-100 Bartac-S. It is our first multi-tasking machine that combines turning and milling and, hopefully, we will have new additions in the near future.

 

Mazak Integrex is ideal for processing small complex parts. It employs two turning spindles and a milling spindle for full 5-axis machining. It is equipped with automatic bar loader system and chuck pressure management system which can adapt to each material, type of processing, specific workpiece, etc.

 

With this machine, we have gained a great reinforcement in our business and made a big technological step forward towards growth, cutting-edge technologies, production optimization and quality in general.
